Silex is a key division of the Principle Capital Group. Silex is an independent international trust and fiduciary services provider. Silex provides fund administration and trust company management services to high net worth families and individuals, fund managers and corporations.
Sirius Real Estate Limited (quoted on AIM) (SRE.L)
We are an appointed advisor to Sirius.We are also one of the largest shareholders in Sirius. Sirius invests in large mixed-use commercial real estate assets in Germany which can be sub-divided into flexible workspaces offering a range of high quality managed business accommodation to local businesses, mostly in the SME sector.
PME African Infrastructure Opportunities Plc (quoted on AIM) (PMEA.L)
We founded and are one of the largest shareholders in PME. PME invests in infrastructure opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa.
South African Property Opportunities PLC (quoted on AIM) (SAPO.L)
We founded and are the second largest shareholder in SAPRO, a closed-end fund with the investment objective to achieve capital growth from an opportunistic portfolio of real estate assets in the Republic of South Africa.
Principle Energy Limited
We founded and manage Principle Energy. Principle Energy is an international renewable energy company focusing on bioethanol projects in southern Africa.
Earthchild Clothing (Waterfront)(Pty) Limited ownership (unquoted)
We are the major shareholders in Earthchild Clothing, which owns the Earthchild and Earthaddict chains of clothing and accessories stores in South Africa.
